At IDR Solutions each year we attend a variety of events. Attending an event consumes a lot of time, money and emotional energy. So we tend to focus on events which we feel are pretty special. If you are attending any of these events, we hope to see you there.

NetBeans Days are free, one day events organised for anyone interested in using NetBeans, They cover coding, testing, plugins, tricks, new languages – anything with a NetBeans connection in fact.

We helped to organise the first UK NetBeans Day in 2015, and 2016 will be bigger and better.

GDG DevFest Conference 2015

One of the best organised and liveliest Community events in Europe, surrounded by fantastic food, lots of places to visit, 1000s of years of history and the city’s cat family. So long as they keep inviting us, we will be attending… You can now watch our talk from last year.

Do you need to write or read JPEG in Java?

We have an easy guide on how to write JPEG in Java using ImageIO and JDeli. You can learn how to read/write most of the image files in ImageIO. However, it gives little control over the process.

JDeli is easy to use and offers complete support, so why not give JDeli a try?
