One of the resources you can use in Hubspot is the ‘sales playbooks’ tool. This is a useful tool which allows you to document guidelines for your sales process. This makes it easier for sales teams to work effectively, and also makes it really easy to onboard new members. If you are growing your sales team having a playbook is an easy way to help them learn your sales process.
A salesbook could include example scripts for sales calls, email templates, workflows and so on. Externalising this kind of information makes it much easier for people in the sales team to work effectively.
