Introducing our new Japanese distributor

56 sec read

At IDRsolutions, we are always looking for ways to improve the service we can provide to our clients.

One of the things we are painfully aware of is that while we have great expertise in computer languages, our knowledge of foreign languages is limited and not all potential customers are able to talk in English. So we are always on the look out for ways to provide our foreign clients with a better service and the option to talk to someone in their native language.

We have especially been looking for someone to help us with Japanese. So we are very pleased to announce that from today, Interwork will be looking after our Japanese clients. They have been around since 1990 and they are one of the leading software providers for Japanese companies and already have many years of experience successfully providing this service.

We have been working very hard with them over the last 6 months to setup the service. They will be providing Japanese sales content, first tier support to our Japanese clients and helping us to do a better job supporting our Japanese clients.

Interwork

We are really excited to be working with them and as CEO of IDRsolutions, I feel Interwork and IDRsolutions make an excellent match for the Japanese market.

We will be sending out several of our team to Japan to help Interwork in the near future and will doubtless share our experiences of this amazing country on the blog.

In the meantime, here is a sneak preview of one of the new Japanese pages which will be appearing soon.
